On there second day of stage 2 DNA Theta Healing this weekend with so many gorgeous ladies! 💞 Today’s message: it’s okay to cry! It’s okay to move forward! And it’s okay to forgive! _ After having let go of so much hate, guilt and trauma last month, today I have released a great deal of resentment and learnt to introduce forgiveness in my life, and it is like a weight or anger has been released from my body... holding a grudge does far more damage for you than the person who hurt you. We must learn to let resentment go- forgiveness does not mean acceptance of poor treatment, it means not letting the past rule your future. You don’t have to forget, but please forgive... and above all, forgive yourself.💖
Happy Valentine’s Day beautiful people!🌹 Whether or not you’re single, in a relationship or in an “it’s complicated” phase, self love always comes first! So, I just wanted to share with you 5 quick Top Tips for Finding More Self Love today: _ 1️⃣ When you’re alone, go to the mirror, and stand with your reflection for a few minutes. Put on some music and see how your body moves, appreciate the different aspects of your physical appearance that make you unique, from rolls to cellulite and scars too. Before you turn away, make sure to smile at yourself and say at least one positive thing you like about yourself! 2️⃣ Laugh! Laugh at your own jokes, giggle at that dumb cat video that you’ve seen a thousand times, smile when you see something that makes you happy when you’re just walking down the street. Whatever makes you happy, embrace it fully. 3️⃣ Listen to empowering music! Currently, I have a playlist of songs which make it hard for me not to love my body, including ‘Strip’ by Little Mix, ‘Black Woman’ by Danielle Brooks and ‘The Way I Are’ by Etana... music is the food of love, so feed your soul! 4️⃣ Write a list of a minimum of your 10 greatest achievements, favourite things you like about yourself and all that you know you have the ability to achieve in the future! You are limitless and every single day you have made it through on this earth has been a blessing and an achievement, so don’t over think it! You are spectacular, you just need to see if for yourself. 5️⃣ Spread the love! By being kind, embracing others and loving openly, you will start to not only feel more love for yourself, but also feel the love from others too! Life is a process of giving and receiving, as you only feel the most whole when you find balance in this. _ How do you practice self care/ self love? If you have any tips share them below!✨ Whatever you are doing today, I just want to say I love you (air hugs) and I hope you have THE best day, not because it’s Valentine’s Day, but just because you deserve good days everyday.❤️
I fell in love with myself In the same way that you fall in love with anyone; it started with nothing more than a simple, heartfelt Hello. 🌹 _ Remember you don’t have to be in a relationship this Valentine’s Day, just love yourself instead! I really pushed myself out of my comfort zone working with @nu_perspective_photography on this shoot and I’m so glad I did! Keep challenging yourself and working on that self love! Remember: you are enough. Always.❤️ 📷: @nu_perspective_photography Robe: @simplybeuk Bra: @lipsylondon #effyourbeautystandards #healgrowglow
When you put on makeup, feel great and have no where to go so you just take random selfies around the house and enjoy your own reflection... Some call it vanity, some call it self love... I call it ‘been doing the same thing since I was 5 years old and I feel no shame.’😂 _ Be yourself, know yourself, love yourself always! That’s a new affirmation of mine and I’m sticking to it! Also, right now @rie_claire_x and I are working on something new and exciting all around self care, self love and holistic healing so keep an eye out for that 🥰💛✨
We tried going out last night for a few drinks... and we made it through one. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Ah well, we did at least take a few pictures as proof that we did actually make it into town, plus I got to wear my new @pinkcloveuk top out for a while... between that and my new @simplybeuk jeggings I don’t think I’ve ever worn so much colour in my life, and I’m loving it!💃🏽🌹❤️
Day 5 of @feelgoodfeb2019 - Smile ☺️ Fun fact: I’ve actually had to teach myself to smile with an upward tilt, as my natural smile makes the corners of my mouth turn down so I always look like I’m frowning🙄😂💛 #restingbitchfaceproblems
